Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Customized PC builds or software products are non-returnable, unless there is a proven defect or shipping error.
Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the return status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
