Returns

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

    • You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Customized PC builds or software products are non-returnable, unless there is a proven defect or shipping error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the return status.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
