🌍 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

📍 Shipping to remote, rural, or non-serviceable PIN codes may take longer or may not be available. If delivery is not possible, we’ll inform you and provide an alternative or a full refund.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹5000

  • For orders below ₹5000, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Track your shipment on our website or the respective courier’s tracking portal.

📦 Package Inspection & Delivery Instructions

  • If the package is damaged or tampered, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Once accepted, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to support any claims.

  • Ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and active during delivery.

  • If you’re unavailable, authorize a trusted person to receive the order.

⚠️ Delays, Exceptions & Failed Deliveries

While we strive to meet our timelines, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays or festivals

  • Courier delays or strikes

  • Inventory or logistics issues

📦 If delivery fails, the courier may attempt up to 2 more times. After repeated failure, the package may be returned to us.
